CANCELLATION POLICY

🌟Cancellation Policy🌟 24 Hours Notice Required I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late Cancellations/ reschedule (less than 24 Hours) Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice of the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the service cost. No-Shows Clients who do not show up to their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened to avoid delays for other clients. Full payment will still be required. I understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or you may be running late so if something happens please reach out to me!
